5 min by shuttle.
During booking, you don't know that you have rooms without air conditioning. They don't inform you at the reception, that your room don't have A/C. I had to change my room and pay €40 extra for the A/C

The free shuttle service from the airport was great.
No decent food to purchase when you arrive around 10pm. Restaurant closed and nothing decent available at the small food area. One staff member at reception didn’t seem to care either.

Close to the airport with free shuttle service
No free coffee/tea and no kettle in room. My previous stays they offer free coffee. TV did not work.

Big hotel with restaurants, bars, shops and clean rooms, location is good for an overnight stay if transferring through Schiphol, has a free shuttle bus to and from airport but if you want to travel to Amsterdam city centre I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very far and you must rely on multiple buses

I think the man at the reception gave us the worst room on purpose
Upon arrival, we were given what was probably the worst room, facing the patio. It was noisy and dirty. This was incomprehensible because we were with a child. On the next day after a sleepless night, after our requests, the nice lady changed our room to a much better one

Noticed that shuttle bus driver had not been trained to help a fellow guest who was in a mechanical wheelchair.

Location
No porters to help us old folk and no help to get on nor off bus. Breakfast was cold or overcooked. No tea/coffee nor water in room and aircon didn’t work.No receipt available to make a claim against easyJet for losing I day and night in Amsterdam
